Give every audience a clear message
A product launch may serve media, channel partners, customers and internal teams at once. Decide what each group needs to understand and experience. A dealer meet may focus on business priorities, product knowledge or recognition. Shape the programme around those needs instead of adding activities without a purpose.
Design the reveal and demonstration together
The reveal is one moment in a larger story. Plan stage sightlines, screen content, lighting cues and the presenter’s movements alongside the product demonstration. Where test rides or hands-on experiences are included, agree the venue layout, operating procedures, participant briefing and staffing with the responsible teams.
Prepare content for the full programme
Build a content list covering invitations, registration materials, presentations, films, stage graphics and event signage. Media sessions may also need a press kit, interview schedule and a dedicated coordination point. Set approval deadlines so creative changes can be checked before rehearsal.
Make partner engagement two-way
Include space for questions, demonstrations and conversations with the right business teams. Dealer and distributor programmes can combine strategy sessions, breakout discussions, recognition and networking. International distributor meets also need particular attention to travel coordination and participant communication.
Rehearse the moments that matter
Walk through the reveal, speaker handovers, audiovisual cues and awards movements. Check backup presentations and agree how the team will respond to timing changes. Use a single running order so production, hospitality and guest management work from the same plan.
